HBA Member Rafael Lara, with Rafael Lara Construction, has requested a Ribbon Cutting event to celebrate the opening of his new office at 125 Rowland Rd, Monroe, LA

An open house will be held this Friday, May 25th, from 10:00 - 2:00 with the Ribbon Cutting scheduled for 11:00.
