This course satisfies the education requirements:
· To become EPA Lead-Safe Certified
· To maintain your Residential Contractors License
Renovations, repair jobs and paint jobs in homes and buildings built before 1978 can create significant amounts of lead-based paint dust. If your job will disturb lead-based paint while renovating, repairing or painting a home, you must be trained in lead-safe work practices.
Covered in this 8-hour seminar will be:

· Before Starting Work
· Containment
· Work Practices
· Cleaning & Checking Your work
· Record Keeping
· Training Non-Certified Workers
